  Structure

  The Building shall be in R.C.C. frame structure. External & Internal walls are fly ash brick/block masonry or Hybrid RCC Aluminum Shuttering.

  Doors

  Door frames shall be of Kalpataru, Patidar, BIZ or alike with flush door shutters with standard fittings. The main door shall be laminated with branded S.S. fittings of GodregQuba, Ozon, CNRor alike make, For Bathroom Fiber doors.

  Windows

  Powder Coating Aluminum sliding windows of Jindal ,Galco, GAPL, Hindustan, RKor alike make with SS mosquito mesh, granite windows sill, M.S. safety grills shall be provided.

  Flooring

  Vitrified tiles flooring with skirting shall be provided inside the flat. Antiskid tiles flooring shall be provided in toilets and terrace. Wall tiling in the bathrooms will be upto lintel level of reputed makes like Varmora, Cera, Orient bell, Zeal Top, Rossa, Hem, Rak, Johnson, Kajariya or alike.

  Kitchen Platform

  Granite Platform of reputed makes like Black Pearlwith stainless steel SS Nirali, Carrysil, Cera, Parryware, Neelkunth Brand Sink or alike, Glazed tiles dado shall be provided upto lintel level.No Tiles provided below Kitchen Ota.

  Finishing

  In case of RCC & Brick work structure walls shall be finished with sand faced plaster externally and smooth gypsum /POP alike finish internally.In case of Aluminum shuttering External - Texture Paint. Internal – Putty & Paint.

  Painting

  Internal :- Oil Bound Distemper of Asian Paint, Jotun, Berger, Knsai, Nerolac, Shalimar Paints or alike.
  External :-Semi Acrylic Paint of Asian Paint, Jotun, Berger, Knsai, Nerolac, Shalimar Paints or alike.

  Sit Out

  MS Railing to sit out with good quality paint.

  Electrical

  Concealed inverter compatible electrical wiring shall be provided. Along with branded modular switches of Legrand, L&T, Anchor, Vihan, great white, Pressfit, Polycab or alike and electrical concealed wiring of finolex, PolycabKEI, BCHor alike.

  Water Supply

  Water Supply from NMC is through overhead water tank filled by pump from common ground water tank.

  Solar Hot Water connection for the attached bathroom of master bedroom only. Supply of hot water though solar will technically require minimum 50% occupancy in the building.
